Better Bodies of Medina (BBOM) is a fully equipped physical training facility whose intent is to provide clients with the finest in personal and group level instruction.  FIVE professionals with over 15 years of experience have come together under one roof to offer the Best fitness services available in the industry.  All BBOM trainers are insured, certified and focused on your safety and wellbeing as “Strength Comes from Within”.

All classes are designed for every fitness level and special population in between.  Registration is not required.  All equipment provided with the exception of a Yoga Mat for Yoga classes.  Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete appropriate paperwork, wear comfortable workout apparel, bring a water bottle, sweat towel and plan to have FUN.  First class is Complimentary for new victims (applicable to any 45 minute class offered, new participants only).
