Better Bodies of Medina (BBOM) is a fully equipped physical training facility whose intent is to provide our clients with the finest in personal and group level instruction.


BBOM
is a personal training studio offering classes, small group and one-on-one training. Five professionals with different backgrounds have come together under one roof to offer you the best present you could ever ask for – the gift of health.

PERSONAL TRAINERS can help anyone, regardless of physical condition or age. This person is a coach and educator who will customize a program to fit your needs and schedule. Whether you want to get in shape, add definition, improve your athletic performance or recover from an injury, we can help. We will work with you to define your goals and put a complete lifestyle plan in place to achieve them.

MASSAGE THERAPY
What exactly are the benefits of receiving massage or bodywork treatments at BBOM?

KETTLEBELL is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. This tool will increase your strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both your muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements delivering all-around fitness. This makes Kettlebell the ideal training tool for athletes of all sports.  Kettlebell training is for everyone no matter your stage of life or body type. BOXING FITNESS is all about moving from the beginning of a round to the end of the round. There are no time outs during a round and movement is constant. You focus on breathing while the heart rate decreases resulting in fitness first and boxing second. This training uses sound boxing techniques that get people in not only superior physical shape, but sound mental shape as well. Private and Semi-Private Sessions are offered and last an hour.
