| CHERRI OBERT |
| |
 |
| |
Cherri Obert is an AFAA certified personal trainer and has always had a life revolving around fitness.
Cherri went to Kent State and majored in Human Movement Studies with a minor in Athletic Training. After her first daughter was born the fitness bug really took over and she eventually found the motivation at Better Bodies. She has participated in a number of local 5Ks and on a relay team for the Akron Marathon. Cherri is also an avid soccer player and youth coach.
She feels that fitness is not just about weight loss and looking good but about good health inside. If we want to live a long and prosperous life the key is better blood pressure, lower cholesterol, healthy body fat, and a healthy weight you need to make that life style change to maintain for many years. It is her goal to help you reach yours through enthusiasm, variety, and hard work.
Cherri can work with you individually or in small groups.
