 MOLLY ZUFRA
Co-Owner/Personal Trainer/Kettlebell Instructor

Molly is a certified Personal Trainer as well as a certified Yogafit and Cycleops instructor. In September 2008, Molly completed the 23 hour Russian Kettlebell Challenge and BStrong Certification in March 2009. 

Molly attended The Ohio State University and received her Bachelor's in Sociology in 1998. Soon after, she got her certification as a Spinning instructor and built on her fitness career from there. Fitness has always been a priority to her incorporating weight training, cardiovascular exercise and balanced nutrition. Molly is an avid runner and her proudest accomplishment came when she completed the 2005 Chicago Marathon. She puts exercise in a ‘must do’ category and believes goals you wish to achieve do not happen overnight. In order to see the results you must be consistent, disciplined, and motivated for every training session. True motivation must come from within.  MARK UNDERWOOD
Kettlebell Instructor

Mark is a Russian Kettlebell Challenge Certified Instructor (RKC).  He earned his RKC in april 2010 in St.Paul, MN.  After attending the RKC, Mark discovered a passion for instructing and a desire to help people reach their fitness goals.  Mark was first introduced to kettlebells in August 2008 and was amazed at what an effective tool they are for shedding fat, gaining strength and increasing endurance.  He quickly became a "Hardstyle" convert.  Prior to kettlebells, Mark was an avid runner and cyclist.  He has participated in races of all distances from 5K to marathons as well as duathalons. 

"I believe in keeping programs simple:  SIMPLE does not mean EASY.  The goal is to be as safe and efficient as possible in training while still producing dramatic results.  In my opinion, kettlebells are one of the best tools to help most clients reach their goals".  Mark provides one-on-one and group training sessions.

MEREDITH BULAN
Personal Trainer
CHMmERRI OBERT
 
Meredith graduated with a bachelor of science in health and sport studies from Miami University and majored in dietetics and exercise science.  Her certifications include AFAA personal fitness trainer and TRX suspension training.  She has completed 6 sprint triathalons, several local 5K races, and has also been a part of relay teams for the 2009 and 2010 Akron Marathon.  She is a member of the Medina Masters Swim Club and also plays on a co-ed soccer league here in Medina.

Meredith has always been interested in health and fitness, but did not always make it a priority in her own life.  Over the past 3 years she has been on a personal journey to get healthy and fit.  Both the physical and emotional rewards have been amazing.  She now wants to "Pay It Forward" and help others achieve their goals and lead healthier lives.  She will create an individualized training program that is challenging and fun.  Contact her for a complimentary cosultation.

 CHERRI OBERT
Personal Trainer/Nutritional Consultant

Cherri is a AFAA certified personal trainer as well as HKC Kettlebell Instructor and AdvoCare heatlh and wellness product distributor.  She has always had a life revolving around fitness.

Cherri went to Kent State and majored in Human Movement Studies with a minor in Athletic Training. After her first daughter was born, the fitness bug really took over and she eventually found the motivation at Better Bodies. She has participated in a number of local 5Ks and on a relay team for the Akron Marathon. Cherri is also an avid soccer player and a Medina Classics youth girls coach.

She feels that fitness is not just about weight loss and looking good, but about health inside. If we want to live a long and prosperous life the key is to achieve and maintain a healthy weight and body composition by making life style changes. It is her goal to help you reach yours through enthusiasm, variety, and hard work.

License Massage Therapist
 

Lori is a licensed massage therapist and has been doing deep tissue massage to help those with chronic pain issues for 16 years. Lori graduated from the Ohio College of Massotherapy in 1995 and specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release.
We are seeing that a lot of our clients are turning to massage as part of treating the whole person and not just the symptom. Deep tissue massage, coupled with myofascial release helps those suffering from pain related to Carpel Tunnel, TMJ, Pre or Post childbirth, Tension, Sciatic Nerve related pain in both the low back and leg, Migraines or Post Surgery. Please call Lori to schedule an appointment.
