KETTLEBELL is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. This tool will increase your strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both your muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements delivering all-around fitness. This makes Kettlebell the ideal training tool for athletes of all sports. Kettlebell training is for everyone no matter your stage of life or body type. CROSSFIT: An all over body workout using different positions and exercises to target muscles you didn’t even know you had. Combining upper and lower body strength moves while utilizing and building core strength. Sure to improve your overall strength, tone and define your muscles, and challenge yourself to take your workout to the next level.
YOGA: This vigorous, energizing, and cleansing yoga class focuses on building strength, serenity, flexibility and balance, emphasizing the linking of movement with breath. The class builds core and upper body strength, increases flexibility and focuses on alignment and the prevention of injury. Through the artful sequencing of postures, you can realign your mind, your body, and your spirit. Please bring a mat.
